Barbados WeddingJo & Jonny

Barbados is a special place. It has charm, colour, white sands, turquoise seas, golden sunsets and the best locals who make you feel at home as soon as you land on the island. They just make you smile.

Jo and Jonny’s wedding was perfect in every way. An intimate wedding of just 15 family, hosted in the oldest church in Barbados, St James Parish – with a rich history, stain glassed windows, candles in the rafters and a gospel choir. When Jo started to walk down the isle, there wasn’t a dry eye in the house.

The celebrations continued into the evening at The Coral Reef Club. We laughed, we cried, we blew bubbles (instead of confetti – a great idea!) and danced under the stars to a steel drummer and the sound of the sea. On the way to bed, we also came across a turtle laying it’s eggs on the beach… a day I will never forget.
